Day 1. Following my last smoke last night I charted my first day without smoking. It was a good day overall but this evening it got really difficult after my dinner. Really strong cravings hit me one after the other but I held my ground. I listened to the first few chapters of Allen Carrs Easy Way To Stop Smoking audio book which I found to be very good. Im back at work tomorrow after the Christmas holiday so Im going to get an early night. Good night to you all, see you tomorrow.. 😀
