Not Easy Quitting Smoking! 1-30-2013 ~ Day 110 Im changing my life. I have been exercising for 6 days straight now. Walking 2.5 miles around Lake Mandarin and my complex. I have also not smoked a cigarette since Sunday morning. It really feels good to not smoke and I feel even better exercising.
