How I Quit Smoking Pot: Day 28 Becoming More Flexible

HowIQuitSmokingPot.com Today is Day 27 in my personal quest to stop smoking marijuana. It has continued to be rather easy for me, but yesterday definitely had some major challenges and would have been one on which I probably would have backslid in the past. But I made it through the day and night with tested nerves and woke this morning with even stronger resolve. Instead of getting up early this morning to hit the gym before the masses (its still January after all), I got up at 7am, drank a protein shake and enjoyed a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and blueberries. Then I went to the gym and participated in the first yoga class of my life. I have mentioned before that learning yoga was one of the things I wanted to do when I stopped smoking dope. I finally started! The class itself was very crowded – probably because it was the weekend. I was one of only three or four guys and I felt like I was being met with some suspicious stares from some of the women in the class. Owell – I wasnt going to let that stop me. I did wear much more clothing – sweatpants and a long sleeve shirt – than I usually do at the gym, as I didnt want to appear to be trying to show off the body Ive ended up with as the result of eating clean and a lot of tough workouts. I certainly wish some of the women would have covered up more as well – although the ones who were actually in shape were a very welcome distraction The teacher was very good and made it around the room to help with poses quite a <b>…<b>
