i started smoking because i wanted to feel independent? and to make my parents angry, the way i was feeling toward their divorce..
im gonna stop cos my best mate has got cancer. basicaly i would go to his house every wednesday for years and wed smoke weed all day and play racing games on playstation or go fishing and wed laugh all day till i went? home. anyway its all stopped now and i feel empty now cos thats all we knew. its a differant atmosphere now when i go to see him. im not blaming him one bit im just gutted that hes got cancer and my best friend doesnt deserve it.so im stopping now for my friend and myself.
Everyone wants to quit, people are just affraid to quit or to start to quit. People saying they love to smoke are just liars or in complete denial. Ask them if they want their children to smoke… anwer no, their grantchildren… answer no, would they start again if they could go back in time? answer no. They love it? Not a chance. So like I said, everyone wants to quit, but you need? to plan it carefully, and stick to your decision and never go back.
You are absolutely correct. One must want to quit, and decide to quit. That is the only thing that will make? you quit.
My hypnotherapy & NLP programs can help to make it easy to quit and stay quit by reducing or eliminating the cravings, compulsions, stress, and anxiety.
Nothing will work for someone who doesent truely want to quit, or is not ready to quit.. When you are ready, the the easy way will work.. Once you do quit just remember, you can never smoke again.. Because one is too many and a million is never enough.. Its an endless cycle.. youl? feel like crap for a few days, and then its all will power after that.. If you dont quit, you will end up going through the same effects of pheening for a cig every time you want a ciggerette.
This is an educational video, NOT a therapeutic video. It? is here to teach you something, NOT to do something to you. So the video didn’t fail, you failed.
You need to learn to accept responsibility for your own actions my friend.
Ahahah 😀
I was thinking the same as I read your comment?
idk.. i can go all day without a smoke without really trying. but? as soon as i dont have anything to do.. i go and grab one. i just get bored i guess.
No joke… I? think the same thing all the time.
I agree? 90% of the struggle to overcome smoking is mental, 10% is physical.
you don’t need will power. you needed will power to start smoking, because it’s disgusting and stupid 🙂 to quit you actually just? need to understand that:
1. you aren’t losing anything
2. you will be happier without the cigarets
3. you are a drug addict and any mourning or feelings of loss are just withdrawal pangs
4. you don’t have to do anything to feel better, just don’t smoke
Yes, it is? mainly a mental thing. But you don’t need willpower. You can eliminate the cravings and tension that causes them with hypnosis.
yeah, true?
my cousin says, addiction is a? mental thing… or somehting, but yeah, u just need will power!
Fags is? a term some people use for cigarettes.
1950tony: please explain what "fags" is. I don`t know what? this word means 🙁
for me its boredom? too. summer is when its the worst.
Actually, you hare 1/2? correct. It has a lot to do with distracting yourself and nothing to do with willpower (the ability to struggle through).
Its all about will? power and distracting yourself from thinking of it 😉
I agree with you 100%. To stop smoking at work is nearly damn impossible. It became a reward system or a way too cool off. I’m trying to quit as I’m writing this at? work, so yeah, I’m fiendin’ right now and eating sunflower seeds. hahaha
You say that you had to "try" – and that’s the problem: When we "try" we get the opposite, and the harder we try – the more we get the opposite. It’s the law of reversed effect in action.
Instead of trying, how about taking inspired action? In other words, learn how to communicate with your unconscious and negotiate with it to automatically take away the stress and the cravings.
I suggest that you watch all 5 chapters? of this video so that you’ll understand how all of this can help you.
I? agree that it is possible to succeed, but I disagree that "only a good wish can help you."
90% of the smoking addiction is mental.
Hypnotherapy and NLP are methods of getting in touch with the unconscious, which is the part of your mind that is responsible for the mental part of the addiction.
I suggest that you view all 5 chapters of this video for a complete explanation of how these modalities can help.
The purpose of this series is to educate – NOT provide hypnotherapy.
Yes this is hard to quit but not impossible. . . I have succeed .? . . only a good wish can help you . . . respect yourself
