Day 5 draws to a close.. It started out well, early in fact, around 9:30am, my sleep pattern is all over the place but the first thing in the morning urge to smoke was quickly surprisingly overtaken by a revulsion to smoking which set the day off nicely. I kept as busy as possible but allowed boredom to turn to anger later in the evening & it led to a couple of difficult hours. Having said that I got through them without smoking & all is well once more.. Im tired now & I hope I get a good nights sleep tonight. 😀
