This Playlist is the experience of my attempt to Quit Smoking cigarettes. I am doing this cold turkey, without nicotine cessation at all. This is MY attempt; I strongly suggest you contact a physician or pharmacist, to make sure quitting will not have an effect on any medications you might be taking I am starting Day 1 on Christmas Eve 12242012 I have stocked up on gum, candy, toothpicks, straws and plenty of liquids, enough for at least the first 3 days. I threw out all ashtrays, lighters, empty packs etc… "Out of Site, Out of Mind" I will be posting actual videos and blog postings each day on the process and the progress so you can see the effects day by day. I will be posting mood changes, cravings, and body changes in weight, taste buds, sense of smell. This will be the whole experience of quitting smoking cigarettes starting on day 1. From the worst of the process to the best of the end result… becoming a non smoker. I hope some will find it helpful and maybe even join along.
