Smokefree is the way to be

Dudley Kick Ash gave Dormston School a grant to be creative and use the arts to spread the smokefree message. The school agreed that the whole of Year 9 could be off-timetable for a full day, to explore ideas about spreading the word. Students came up with the plan to make a music video, and employed a dancer, acting coach, visual artist, musician and film crew to work with them. Groups of students specialised in different aspects of the production, with the film crew overseeing the artistic direction so it all came together on schedule.

I am not a doctor, I am not a hypnotherapist and I am not an NLP practitioner. I am just an ex smoker who wants to share his story in the hope it might inspire you.
