Its 010113 & its new years resolution time!! Ive been a smoker for over 33 years & as I am still only 45 the time has come for me to stop once & for all! Ive had many many failed attempts in my life but this year I feel a determination like no other year. So much so that I decided to start a daily video blog to chart my progress & also to discourage me from giving in to any future cravings too easily like before.
