6. Smoking is obviously bad for you. You inhale more than thousands of toxic chemicals into your body, and it is addictive, draining you of the funds and well being with each puff you take. Some persons even die once they take their very first puff! Which is why quitting smoking is often a must…It is hard, but I have discovered a good way to quit smoking.
