  1. Quit smoking 4 months ago and i’m still happy I did.

My performance in the gym is getting better, I really feel like I have more lung capacity.
Add to that, the reduced chance of developing cancer and the money that I save, I’d say that to quit smoking was one of the better? decisions in my life.

  2. I started when i was 12 years old now im 32 and i? developed hearat failure from cigarettes. Still smoking.

  3. I have never smoked a cigarette in. 11 years and I’m 11? years old

  4. just look at pictures of? what happens when you smoke or chew or smoke a pack at once to make you sick of them

  5. Smoking for 18 years, since i was 14 years old. And im starting to feel the negative effects of it. My father has chronic? pain in his feet constantly and is on 17 pills per day to even be able to move around, because the cigarettes have dried his nervs in his feet dry and destroyed them! My mother has to be hooked to oxygen? machine 16 hours per day because of smoking! Dont start smoking kids. Dont treat your body like a waste disposal plant. Because in later life you will have serious problems!

  6. Don’t let big tobacco profit from your premature death and suffering. This $@#% is so bad for you. Think about how many chemicals run through your blood stream when? you smoke!!! It may seem like you need to smoke but that is the drug and social conditioning getting the best of you!!!

  7. Call me a ponyfag if? you must, but this somehow got in the related videos of a My Little Pony video.

  8. I quit once I read that addiction is not being able to express yourself. i started expressing myself and didn’t miss it. now when i think about smoking I feel good because i quit. and the smell is? gross now. i still smoked when i drank, but after about a year i didnt do that anymore becuase cigs tasted gross. i can feel my lungs still clearing out, but the first 3 4 weeks was the best. i had bad breath because my lungs were clearing out tar. it’s been just over a year now since i quit.

  9. Today I quit smoking after many years of addiction.I was an unusual smoker, despite I smoked every single day during many years, I just had about 5 to 6 cigarettes a day ( not many compared to several smokers). I decided quitting after realizing how tired I felt every time had to go up a few stairs from my University! I know it’s first day, every thing seems strange for me, I am not suffering? as much as I thought I would due to a good mental preparation! Hope I will never smoke again in my life!

  10. good job mane people like you who have quit for that many years? inspire and help me quit too but i still love my mary jane!

  11. I stopped smoking.
I might only be young but sometimes its harder when you are young since the social circles almost demand it in some situations.
I was on tablets, Champix. Sceptical at first but they did thier job, i was meant to be on them for 4 weeks and i quit on the 14th Day. I’ve? been 10 days without smoking and ive not really desired a cigerette or a cigar at all. Although the temptations are still there.
My health, Odour and love life is fantastic now. And i only did it for myself.

  12. Glad to hear you quit too. :)? Things have improved greatly since I first wrote that, I still don’t smoke and it’s been well over a year now and it’s no longer the daily struggle it was then. I do, however, still have moments where I really want to smoke– I am looking forward to the day I can watch a movie or tv show where someone smokes and not miss it myself, can’t say I am at that point yet, but I am glad you are.

  13. You know, that BS about still wanting a cig years and years later is exactly that, BS. I’ve now been a non-smoker for about 45 days and already I can say I just don’t want a cigarette. I literally don’t want one. It wouldn’t be a "treat" or anything like that, it would be plain stupid and bizarre to stick something in my face and set fire to it, before breathing in the freakin’ smoke. I? am SO over that crap! Something to nibble or fiddle sure but NOT a cigarette thanks. Urgh.
