Today was my grandpas 74th birthday. We all went out to eat. None of my family smokes and they have no idea that Im trying to quit smoking. After we ate everyone was relaxed. At least, I shouldve been. Why is it that a time for relaxing is stressful to a smoker? Drug addictions!
