Ok, I broke out on the smokes on friday night after almost 11 days off them. They were very difficult days but the underlying joy of being free from the slavery of smoking after 33 years left its mark in my soul & Im going for it again! I dont want to be a smoker so why should I? Ok, its tough but there is a limit to the discomfort of stopping, I believe 3 weeks seems to be a realistic goal to reach, one moment at a time! Ive got a stay motivated, I allowed people, places & stupid little things get to me during the last few days but I learned a lot from those precious 11 days & Im starting again with renewed motivation! I hope youre all doing ok wherever youre at!
